Christmas Portraits

I was so excited when little A's mom called me to shoot her Christmas portraits urbanstyle. Main Street was decked out in Christmas decor, and even though most of the time A would not actually look at the camera, I feel like we really captured the Christmas mood and spirit through a 3 year old's eyes.

These two are my favorites of the day. And I have a good feeling I will use the storefront picture to promote next year's Christmas portraits.

Candler Family Portraits

My brand new sis-n-law's family wanted family portraits over the Thanksgiving holiday when everybody was in town. Most of the fall leaves were already gone but the reflections on the lake made for some very scenic and beautiful pictures!

They have four beautiful and sweet grandchildren (and one on the way) who you can tell are the apples of their eyes!

Branson Wedding

Mike and Amy's wedding was held at the Branson Treetop Chapel. The ceremony was intimate, the views breathtaking, and the bride--GORGEOUS! Everyone had such an awesome time. Thanks for a great weekend, Mr. and Mrs. Foree--here's your sneek peek:

Fall Family Pictures 2

It really couldn't have been a sweeter weekend. I got to shoot another one of my favorite people and her family at Quarry Park in Rosie. Everything was perfect--the weather, the views and the family!!

These two little girls remind me so much of my sister and I when we were their age. I was the primper and poser, and my sister was the mischievous little adventurer. I kept getting crazy deja vu, but I think the differences in their personalities made for some awesome pics!

Fall Family Pictures

The abundance of rain this year led to the leaves changing a lot later than normal. The forecasters say their peak will be short and sweet. I got the chance to photograph two of my favorite families' this weekend (while also capturing some of God's incredible artwork).

Here are a few favorites of my bro-n-law, sis-n-law (and one of my best friends, too!!) and my precious lil' niece and nephew. Beautiful family!!

Halloween Hunt for Blackbeard's Treasure

Our little pirates got to go on a hunt for "Blackbeard's Treasure" on Halloween night. At first, I wasn't so sure that 2 & 3 year old's were old enough for such an adventure, but they seemed excited and ready for the challenge. Conner made a treasure map at school and Lennie hid the treasure in our barn. They found the treasure and slimed Blackbeard with silly string. So much fun!!
