Sunflowers at Two Moons

My mom owns and operates Two Moons Rising Country Inn which is located South of Batesville and North of Searcy. New to the farm this year and planted as a draw for dove hunters are these beautiful and magnificent sunflowers. Of course, I couldn't resist getting my camera out in the field.

My son, Talen was in awe of the sunflowers and bumblebees!

Next year, I will be booking portrait sessions with the sunflowers beginning in May. Can't wait!!

A Mother's Day Gift

I was so excited and honored to do a second shoot for this family! After A's grandmother saw the first pictures, she wanted more but with A's uncle this time for her Mother's Day gift.

The pictures were taken at Quarry Park in Rosie. My grandfather owns this land overlooking the beautiful White River and he uses this park for annual Ice Cream Socials and Weiner Fests. I have so many wonderful memories here and this will always be a very special place to me and my family. I love my grandparents!

T wedding

I have a huge admiration of photojournalistic style wedding photography and this what first drew me to the photography profession. This style was fairly new when I got married, yet in the past few years has gained mainstream popularity and respect. This is the first and only wedding I have had the opportunity to shoot. And I must say, I had the time of my life capturing "real moments" between this beautiful couple and their family.

Meet this gorgeous little 5 week old baby girl. I am lucky to have so many friends with children I can practice on! These were shot in March so it was way too cold to get little A outside, and she did not enjoy getting her picture made, but I think we got some great shots!
