These two were quite an energetic pair! Landon was my little buddy and the "line leader" and Makenzie preferred the barefoot look and was great at looking for cool doors!

Oh my! What a handsome little guy! This 6 day old was awake and was in great spirits the entire time. Don't you just want to smooch on him!?

We're gonna have to get him some Bad Boy clothes! ;-) These boots were the only way we could keep his little feet still!

A Tribute to our Future Nurses

Congratulations SPN Class of 2009! Thank you for inviting me to participate in a fundraiser for your class. As many of you know, my mom has been a practicing LPN for over 20 years and you hold a special place in my heart. You are very special and wonderful people of whom I have the most respect. What you do is not easy and you should feel very proud that you have chosen such a profession!

Thank you to all who helped at the front door, setting-up, cleaning-up and booking sessions. Thank you UACCB for allowing us to have the portrait sessions at the Library Building. Thank you, Alicia (your awesome class president) for thinking of me and all your hard work organizing this event. Thank you, Mom, for all your help--couldn't have done it without you! And last but not least, thank you to everyone who booked a session and gave me the opportunity to take their pictures!

The "I Just Wanna Be Me" mini portrait event took place on Saturday, April 4th. Everyone was so awesome! Adorable, sweet, precious, gorgeous......I could go on and on for days!

Sawyer Turns 1

This session had been postponed several times due to sickness and weather, and we almost gave up on taking outdoor pictures, but I'm SO happy we waited 1 more day. The late afternoon light and Sawyer's beauty were an awesome combination!

Somebody's Baby

I can't believe my dad let my lil' bro take "Somebody's Baby" to prom! I guess since Tyler's the baby of the 5 children and his driving record is 1 million times better than mine at his age and he's a really good kid, my dad trusted him, but I could see the worry in my Dad's eyes as Tyler and his date drove off. Luckily, I can tell you that "Somebody's Baby" was returned scratch and dent free--(whew, even I was worried!).

The Real Gerber Baby!

I have to give a special "shout out" to the sweet gals at Studio Salon for referring this family. I have gotten wonderful response from your support and kind words--Thank You! I could not have gotten this far without you!

Aren't they all gorgeous?

This very handsome little man was full of smiles and bubbles and kept me and his parents laughing. He was quite full of personality, and honestly one of the cutest babies I've EVER seen--watch out Gerber Baby, you just got trumped!

I'm not sure if they would have made an appointment, however, if they would have seen the vast array of Cardinals' gear that is hanging out in my garage. ;)

And this is my absolute favorite! I am envious that I don't have one with my boys in a really big canvas wrap!

My Youngest.....So Far ;)

My husband is not too stoked about me taking pictures of this beautiful 12 day old girl. He's very afraid that I'll be getting the baby fever (especailly since everything was PINK!)

I could not wait to try out some of these awesome newborn cocoons and hats! Miss Scarlett was not your typical sleepy newborn, but that was just fine because we got to see these gorgeous eyes.....(she kinda looks exactly like her older sis!)

This picture cracks me up because her very patient mother kept getting her to sleep so we could try some things with her, but the click of my camera kept waking her up and needless to say, she was not very happy about that! And finally........

Sweet Baby Rain!

Her grandmother said she is named Rain because she is a gift from up above, and I believe that with all my heart. This precious miracle baby touched my heart and renewed my spirit! Thank you for sharing your uplifting story and your sweet baby Rain!

The new studio

Sorry it has been so long since the last post, but it has been a crazy couple of months! We sold our house and moved a little closer to town. I'm sure we'll miss the "country life" but for now we are ecstatic to be back in the 'hood! Here are a few with Conner and Talen in the new studio trying out my new lights.
